 | Donald (Don) Crabb, Director, ESI, has been involved in Professional
Development & Adult Education for over 30 years, 20 years as Director of professional
development / adult education at Lincoln University, Christchurch.
He established his present company in 1997
At Lincoln he paid particular attention to the development of courses and study tours for
university students and others from Japan, Malaysia and Singapore as well as for New
Zealander professionals. Lecturers and tutors are recruited from the universities, from
Polytechnics and from industry. This method of mixing teaching and practical experience
continues and is used whenever possible.

| Sylvia Jamieson, attends to course or study tour administration
including all course materials, accommodation and travel inside New Zealand.
Sylvia has wide experience in these matters and her attention to fine detail brings
appreciative comments from students, company clients and teaching staff.
Sylvia is also skilled in arranging pre or post course tours.
